How it works (free version)
- Add the client — name, email, service, due date, and frequency (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, every four months, twice a year, or yearly).
- Design the email with a visual block editor — logo, text, buttons, colors — no code required.
- The plugin checks everything on its own, every day, and sends the reminder when it’s due. Once a cycle ends, the next one starts automatically.
- You get a copy of every email sent, straight to your own inbox, so you always have a record.
Free, with no client limit and no time limit.

FAQ
Do I need another email marketing tool? No. It uses your own WordPress’s built-in email system. For better deliverability, we recommend installing a free SMTP plugin (like WP Mail SMTP).
Can the same client have two different services? Yes — add one row per service (e.g. “Hosting” monthly and “Maintenance” quarterly), even for the same client.
What happens if a client pays before the due date? In Premium, mark it as paid with one click and the cycle moves forward instantly. In Free, the cycle only advances once the due date passes.
Can I try Premium before paying? Yes, there’s a 3-day trial.
